Calibration

For the majority of our high voltage test equipment, we recommend annual calibrations to ensure proper operation and accuracy. As the OEM of the equipment to be calibrated, Hipotronics follows procedures as outlined on our calibration certificates, and all standards used during calibration are traceable to a National or International standard. Repair

If you are experiencing any trouble with your equipment, give us a call and after a short phone call, we can determine if someone should come onsite to your facility for further evaluation and repair or if it would be best to send your equipment here to the factory. Please visit our Repair & Calibration page for more information.

Please note that any equipment that is being sent here to the factory for evaluation, repair and or calibration, must have an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number. Our Repair Coordinator, Maryanne McCarthy, will be happy to assist you with this as well as provide you with a quote. She can be contacted directly at mmccarthy@hipotronics.com.
